Some people, even locally are taking great umbrage with Danny Williams over his ABC Campaign. They feel that he has overstepped his bounds. While I agree that Danny Williams is indeed not the ideal premier, and I disagree with many of his policies. This is not one of them. Stephen Harper and the Federal Conservatives have lied to this province, they have belittled our importance in this country and most importantly they have, in both words and action acted against the best wishes of this province.
The Federal Conservative party has shown itself, under all its new trappings to still be the regionally based party it was as the Reform party, and has displayed nothing but contempt for all of Eastern Canada. For that reason, and that reason alone they do not deserve our vote.
Do Not vote against the Conservatives because Danny Williams says so, do it because they are bad for this country, and a Conservative majority would be catastrophic.
